Irshad garden is located at ouchusht village to the west side of  Chitral Town.

You can either take the road south past the Chitral Scouts headquarters to ShiakoTek. Here the road turns west to the village of Ouchust. The second route is past the DC and Chitral scouts Mess straight to Ouchust. My garden is in the middle of Ochust right on the road.

He started this garden in 1999.  Recently  he has been posted as a dental surgeon at Ayun hospital 20 km away. Dr Irshad says this posting keeps me away from the garden during the day but my mornings and evening are busy at the garden.   He says  the advantage of his posting  though is it give me the opportunity to meet Shahzada Khush Ahmed ul Mulk my very inspiration  to this hobby. I also get to learn a lot from him on shrubs and plants and Jinnah lal being near by to the hospital is an added bonus on information.  CHS feels Dr Irshad is likely to be notorious  for missing his dental clinic as we intend to get him addicted to his flowers.

His garden is in full bloom from 1st april to 15th may but gets flowers in all seasons
