Plants are collected from the higher pastures in July and are boiled, chopped and added to a small type of bread. This bread is dried in shade and stored for winter. Vegetables is made from fresh as well as dried breads and used against blood pressure and for khuni pechis(bloody stools). It is also used as an off-season vegetable in winter.
